How do I know when Orcon Genius is ready to use?
When you've signed up for your shiny new Orcon Genius service, you’ll get an email from us telling you the day your service will be activated.On the day, you’ll get another email and/or SMS when the changeover has been done. You’ll also notice that you lose dial tone on your home phone, meaning it’s time to set up your Orcon Genius and move your phone over to IP.
Once this happens you can plug in your Orcon Genius modem and follow the instruction guide that came with it. Once it is set up you are free to browse the internet.
