1. Go on to the online portal.
2. Book your SIM card swap date.
3. Confirm your postal address for your new SIM card.

We will send your new SIM card (via courier) seven (7) days before you’re booked to swap your SIM card.

Your current SIM card will stop working after 31 July 2023, so you need to swap to a new SIM before this date.

If you don’t book a date yourself, on 17th April, we will automatically book a date for you and let you know by email and SMS. You will still need to go online and confirm the delivery address for your new SIM card before we can go ahead with the swap.

If you fail to swap your SIM card, after 31 July 2023, your current one will stop working.

You still need to confirm the delivery address for your new SIM Card via the online portal.

If you need to, you can change your booking date and time from there as well.

If you don’t want to swap your SIM card, it will stop working after 31 July 2023 which will result in your plan ending and you losing access to mobile service.
