Having trouble making payments?
Having trouble making payments towards your account and would like some guidance? Here are some helpful tips to assist you.
Example: Past due date - Current invoice owing
Next Invoice will be generated on: 2018-06-22
In relation to the above example, you will need to pay your current invoice (2018-05-22) in full before the next invoice date (2018-06-22).
What's my next invoice date?
Your invoice date stays the same each month - you can view this on your invoice (please see above example).
What if I can't pay it all at once?
Use your total invoice balance, divide it by 3, and pay that amount over the next 3 weeks.
*Power customers only - this will help you take advantage of your prompt payment discount
$160.05 / 3 = $53.35 for 3 weeks
*Week 1 should be the current week to ensure you stay on track with your payment
What if I owe more than one invoice?
Our automated system will see there is 2 invoices outstanding and your services will be blocked.
To avoid this, you will need to clear the overdue amount. See the below example:
Once the overdue amount has been cleared, you will then need to clear this month's amount of $136.35 - please clear this amount before your next invoice.
Will you notify me if my services will be blocked or cancelled?
Yes, you will receive emails and SMS notifications regarding blocking/cancellation of services.
