We completely understand that sometimes things happen and you're not able to pay your account on time. If you've become overdue and can't make a payment yet, let us know directly in My Orcon. You can get back online and have the extra time you need!
All you need to do is select the date you can pay and hit the button - you might need to reboot your modem if you're not back online within 30 minutes.
During the lockdown
