successfully signs up to a Fibre Pro plan during the Offer Period,
(Eligible Customer; you).
A new customer is someone who has not been an Orcon customer in the last 3 months. If you’ve been an Orcon customer in the last 3 months you’re not eligible for the Offer.
You do not need to sign up to a minimum term contract.
You’ll need to provide your New Zealand Business Number and confirm that you qualify for COVID Support during the sign up process.
The Offer
If you’re an Eligible Customer, thefirst six months’ base broadband charges for your Fibre Pro plan will be free. This will show as a $99.95/month credit on your account. You’re responsible for any charges on top of the base broadband plan charge.
After the first six months, you’ll need to pay $99.95/month for your Fibre Pro plan.
Hyperfibre upgrade
You may be able to upgrade from a Fibre Pro plan to a Hyperfibre plan (subject toHyperfibre availabilityat your business address) by contacting customer service after you have signed up If you do,it’s important to know:
It could take a little while to get you hooked up to Hyperfibre.
Regardless of your connection, for the first six months you’ll receive a $99.95/month credit on your account – so while you’re on a Fibre Pro connection your base broadband charges will be free, and once you’re connected to Hyperfibre you’ll need to pay the difference between the monthly cost for Fibre Pro and your chosen Hyperfibre plan.
After the first six months, you’ll need to pay the monthly cost that was advertised (at the time you signed up) for your chosen Hyperfibre plan.
You’ll be charged a $199 Hyperfibre set up fee. Your local fibre company may need to install a new optical network terminal (ONT) that can support Hyperfibre speeds.
Your devices will need to support Hyperfibre speeds.
The Offer is not available on copper (ADSL/VDSL) plans or our 100Mbps Fibre plan.
Additional products & services
You can sign up for additional products and services (e.g. Wi-Fi Pro, Priority Support, 4G Backup, power and mobile), and will be charged for those products and services at the prices advertised during the sign up process. You can also take advantage of our 10% discount for bundling broadband and power – although for the first six months your broadband discount will be $0, i.e. 10% of free.
We can reject your application if we consider, acting reasonably, that you do not meet the Eligibility Criteria.
We will waive our standard $14.95 modem delivery fee for this Offer.
Non-standard install charges may apply. You’ll need to approve these before your order can continue.
If you choose to leave us after your free six months (we obviously hope you don’t), you’ll need to give the standard 30 days’ notice under ourBroadband Terms & Conditions.
