Power usage in My OrconAll of your power details are in the second section (underneath billing) on the home page when you log into My Orcon. This is where you can see your ICP and whether you're on a low or standard power plan.
The left-hand side then covers your current monthly usage and estimated charges followed by the daily averages. Underneath that you'll see the number to call should you have a fault with your power service (this changes depending on your location).
The graph on the right shows your actual daily power usage in purple and estimated amounts in pink. You'll see the purple usage more commonly if you have a smart meter (which communicates with us remotely) and the pink estimates if you have a legacy meter that requires a technician to read manually once a month.
Smart meter
Legacy Meter
^ If you can see 'Change Meter Access Information' or 'Update Meter Reading' within My Orcon, it means you have a Legacy power meter.
These older meters require a monthly visit from a meter reader to manually give us your actual usage.
Updating a legacy meter reading
Legacy meter power usage is estimated between readings (which happen every month or longer if a reading visit is not possible). You can submit a manual reading by selecting 'Update Meter Reading' and you will be taken to a page to confirm the meter number and enter in the current reading you see on the meter. This ensures you are being billed accurately.
^if you have multiple meter numbers you will see them in a list on this page so do confirm you enter in the right reading for the right meter number

The middle section has a list of your current add ons and is blank if you don't have any.
