Your options in My OrconThere are a ton of options at your disposal once you've logged into My Orcon. You can see your account balance and make a payment, view your plan details and add-ons, monitor your usage or place an order, and update your personal information – the list goes on!
Home
Whenever you log in you'll land on the home page which covers your billing information, power usage, plan, data and calling, personal details, and the port filtering toggle.

If you don't have power with us, you can click on Get Power and input your ICP or address to check out the available rates and place an order – easy!

These options are only visible if you have our current modem – the Netcomm NF18. My Wifi allows you to update the name and password of your wireless network without having to go directly into the modem's settings and Speed Test checks the speed of your connection from our network to your modem (not to your devices).
Change Hub
From our handy dashboard you can upgrade your plan, change fibre speeds, request an add-on, place a move order, or rent the Google Wifi. Awesome right?

Power usage in My OrconAll of your power details are in the second section (underneath billing) on the home page when you log into My Orcon. This is where you can see your ICP and whether your on a low or standard power plan.
The left hand side then covers your current monthly usage and estimated charges followed by the daily averages. Underneath that you'll see the number to call should you have a fault with your power service (this changes depending on your location).
The graph on the right shows your actual daily power usage in purple and estimated amounts in pink. You'll see the purple usage more commonly if you have a smart meter (which communicates with us remotely) and the pink estimates if you have a legacy meter that requires a technician to read manually once a month.

Your details in My OrconYou'll find your details below the usage section and near the home bottom of the page once you've logged into My Orcon.

The links on the right allow you to update your details, change your account password, check the notifications we've sent you, or authorise someone that can speak on your behalf.
Changing details
You're welcome to change your mobile number at anytime, however you'll need to email us if your name, address, or email needs to be updated.
Authorising people

They'll be able to request for order details, troubleshoot issues, add or remove services on the account (that don't require a contract change), change the payment method, and pay the bill.
They won't be able to get any of your private information, accept charges or a new contract, add on power, move your services, cancel your account, or request for a refund.
