Why are Business Broadband prices going up?
Our costs are increasing so we need to increase our prices in order for us to keep delivering the services that keep your business connected.
Which Business Broadband plans does the price increase apply to?
The price increase applies to our current fibre and copper broadband plans including ADSL, VDSL & Fibre plans with capped or unlimited data.
I’m on a fixed-term plan. Does the price change apply to me?
Yes, the price change also applies to fixed-term plans. As part of the terms and conditions of your plan, changes can be made to your plan, including price changes with 30 days notice.
Are there any changes to the price of my Smart Line?
No. If you have a business landline with your broadband service, you'll continue paying the same price for your business landline.
If I don’t want to pay more, can I cancel my plan?
We’d be sorry to see you go but yes, you can cancel your plan. You can cancel your plan within 30 days of being notified about the price increase without incurring early exit fees.
Do I need to make any changes to my automatic bill payment?
If we’ve set up the automatic payment for you via either Direct Debit or Credit Card payment, there’s nothing you need to do. We’ll make the change on our end and automatically deduct the correct amount.
If you’ve set up an automatic payment directly from your bank account, you’ll need to update the payment amount, since we can’t do this on your behalf.
